Hello Jessica,

I don't know if this is the place to send you a message, but I would like to ask you something.
4 years ago you send me a small film of our daugther Berline Etienne.
You made this film in GLA and send it to us in Holland.
Can you please send this film again, so we can show it to Berline and keep it for her.
You can send it to : keesluijk@zonnet.nl or karinluijk@gmail.com.
The number of the film is MOVO2543 on your 'old' blog.
Ik hope you understand my poor englisch, and I hope you will send us the film.
Thank you very mutch !

Hi Jess!
I went back to your old blog and found the video that was made of you and Miranda (Amelie) on the GLA Main House balcony. Is the guy there James? Amelie watched the video a dozen times and exclaimed, "James!" "Jess!" And she blew back a kiss to you and laughed as she watched. So she remembers!!!!

She loved watching herself. Oh Jess, if you could only see her now! She's talking up a storm, dresses herself totally from pulling the clothes out of her bureau to pulling on her shoes. She's in second grade, eats everything, says the Pledge of Allegiance with her mainstream class, and is mainstreamed 35-50% of the time. She is advancing all the time, and I expect that she will be able to read, write, and do basic arithmetic within the next five years. She has TONS of friends and wherever we go, if we see someone from school, they greet her. I have little girl neighbors visiting over here every day! She is so happy! Happy all the time. Her special ed teachers love her. In fact, the husband of her ed tech gave her the same bouquet on Valentines' Day as he gave his own wife because she talks about her at home so much!

She sang with her mainstream class on the staging bleachers during spring concert, and lasted throughout the entire concert presentation!

You should see her put away corn on the cob! And what a neatnik! So dainty and tidy, no butter all over her face or anything!

Hope all is well with you, thank you so much for all that you have done - your video and guidance gave us incredible comfort during the adoption process!

Much gratitude, love and blessings,
Caroline Lauzon
